Procurement innovations expert
Jon serves as a Client Solutions Manager for RES’ Northeast region, partnering with clients to navigate complex environmental permitting and mitigation challenges for energy, infrastructure, and public- and private-sector projects. Based in Pennsylvania, Jon brings more than two decades of experience helping organizations achieve regulatory compliance while advancing responsible development.
Prior to joining RES in 2015, Jon spent more than a decade in environmental consulting, leading business development and project initiatives for energy and infrastructure clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Biology from Millersville University.
Jon’s passion for ecology began in the rural landscapes of Pennsylvania, where he spent much of his childhood exploring the outdoors and developing an appreciation for the natural world. That early curiosity led him to pursue a career in environmental science, supported by internships with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, the U.S. Forest Service, and the US Park Service.
Throughout his career, Jon has been inspired by the long-term impact of ecological restoration. He finds particular fulfillment in seeing native plant communities and wildlife return to restored habitats—visible evidence of the positive change that thoughtful environmental stewardship can create. He believes the most successful projects are built on strong partnerships, where clients, regulators, stakeholders, and project teams work together to achieve shared goals.
