Joe Volpe is the Water Sustainability Leader for RES and drives thought leadership for the Volumetric Water Benefit Center of Excellence (COE). Joe leads the design and delivery of turnkey water-stewardship solutions—from watershed assessment and mitigation planning through verified restoration and long-term performance monitoring—helping pharmaceutical, life sciences, and technology clients operationalize binding water-positive commitments while managing permitting risk and building supply-chain resilience. His focus is on moving water strategy from corporate reporting obligation to measured, contracted outcomes that serve both operational and environmental resilience.
