Wesley is a Client Solutions Manager at RES with a background in agriculture, business, and ecological restoration project delivery. He specializes in planning, budgeting, and implementing restoration and mitigation projects across the Gulf Coast region, helping ensure that complex restoration efforts are delivered efficiently and successfully.


Wesley’s experience spans a wide range of habitat types and restoration approaches, from coastal marsh and dune restoration to bottomland hardwood forest restoration and mitigation banking. He has supported projects involving site acquisition, budgeting, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, invasive species management, and large-scale planting operations. His work frequently involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing restoration activities across large geographic areas.


Wesley has contributed to the development and implementation of numerous mitigation banks, permittee-responsible mitigation projects, and coastal restoration initiatives. His project experience includes large-scale forest restoration, marsh creation, habitat enhancement for coastal wildlife, and long-term stewardship programs designed to support ecological recovery and resilience.


Drawing on both financial and operational expertise, Wesley has focused on delivering restoration solutions that meet ecological objectives while maintaining budget and schedule performance.
