Paul has been with Resource Environmental Solutions, LLC (RES) since 2021. Before joining RES, he worked on Robust Redhorse conservation (Moxostoma robustum), conducted research on ecoregional flow regimes, and assisted in developing a remote sensing tool for aquatic invasive species for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. As an experienced restoration ecologist, his work focuses on various stages of the mitigation banking process, including site selection, permitting, construction oversight, and monitoring. He is committed to delivering high-quality restoration projects and client-focused outcomes. Paul was recognized as a 2025 RES Innovation Leadership Program (ILP) Award Winner for his research applying eDNA metabarcoding to macroinvertebrate monitoring at stream mitigation banks.
