Larsen McBride

Larsen McBride is a Senior Arborist for RES in Florida, providing expert consulting on tree inventories, municipal code compliance, and urban forest management. A certified arborist (ISA, 2018) and Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ, 2019), Larsen previously served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Florida, authoring a thesis on rapid tree risk assessments, and as an Urban Forestry Consultant with Davey Resource Group. He has contributed to peer-reviewed publications and presented at international conferences, including IUFRO, ISA, and Trees Florida. Larsen sits on the Gainesville Tree Advisory Board, serves on the Florida Urban Forestry Council’s Executive Committee, and regularly leads workshops on tree risk and planting. He remains active in several regional urban forestry initiatives and organizations.
