Erin Brennan

Erin Brennan is a Restoration Ecologist at RES specializing in botany, soil health, microbial ecology, and ecological restoration assessments across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. Prior to joining RES in 2024, she worked as an Organic Chemist at the Louisville Water Company, conducting environmental monitoring throughout the Ohio River watershed and analyzing EPA-regulated pollutants. Erin has supported numerous wetland and stream restoration projects involving ecological assessments, mitigation monitoring, botanical surveys, and restoration planning. She was recognized as a 2025 RES Innovation Leadership Program (ILP) Award Winner for her research on mycorrhizal fungi inoculation and oak establishment in wetland restoration projects.
