Ally has a background in wetland restoration. She is focuses on annual monitoring and reporting for various stream and wetland mitigation banks for RES while also assisting with eDNA research.

Her prior work with the United States Geological Survey (USGS) in Ann Arbor as a contractor included invasive species management and wild rice restoration where she split her time between working in the field and extracting DNA in the lab. She holds a BS in Biology from Georgia Tech and in her free time enjoys hiking, running, and identifying plants.
